The Philippine National Police has formalized today, October 12, with the Germany-based Hanns Seidel Foundation an accord that will further strengthen and promote better policing in communities.
The Director for Police Community Relations and Chairperson, PNP GAD Focal Point System Executive Committee, PMGEN DIONARDO B CARLOS, graced the webinar as Guest of Honor and Speaker.
In his keynote message, he encouraged the participants to help disseminate the knowledge that they acquired and learned in the 2-day GAD webinar.
He, likewise, emphasized the individual role of police officer is significant to the PNP’s contribution to fulfill the implementing rules and regulations of RA No. 9710 or the Magna Carta of Women.

The symposium was culminated with the message of the PMGEN DIONARDO B CARLOS, TDPCR, where he underscored the importance of cooperation and collaboration of the law enforcers and the community, and the whole-of-society to address the root causes of illegal drugs and terrorism.
